New fully funded business support: A.I LaunchPad Programme
Invest Telford and partners European Innovation Ltd are working together to provide a unique opportunity for Telford businesses to implement A.I to improve productivity.
The A.I LaunchPad Programme is fully funded support being offered to 8 businesses that are ready to use A.I in their systems and processes.
The programme includes:
> An in-person workshop in early October with all participants run by A.I specialists European Innovation Ltd at The Quad, Ironmasters Way, Telford Town Centre
> Up to five hours of tailored 1-2-1 support per business delivered either on-site or online, and
> Individual AI Roadmap creation for each participant
The expected outcome is for participating businesses to adopt new technologies and/or processes. Secondary benefits will include improved productivity and increased readiness for digital transformation.
Workshops:
Workshops will be hosted at The Quad at Station Quarter and will include:
> Introduction to AI and automation opportunities for SMEs
> Real-world AI use cases for micro and small businesses
> Interactive session: Identifying bottlenecks and automation candidates
> Tools showcase: No-code/low-code AI tools (ChatGPT, Zapier, Fireflies AI, etc.)
> Roadmap templates: How to structure AI implementation in small steps
Tailored 1:1 support:
> Business process audit and automation mapping
> Tailored AI implementation plan
> Coaching on use of specific AI tools
> Follow-up to track early implementation or adoption
> Guidance on productivity measurement and reporting requirements
